Mrs. Jordan was born January 1, 1929 in Americus, Ga. the daughter of the late Clinton Revell and Annie Hodge Revell. She retired in 1985 after twenty years of service from the Americus Coca Cola Plant. She worked for several years as a private duty sitter at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She enjoyed a deep love and appreciation for Gospel Music.
Mrs. Jordan is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Carol Samples [Jerry] of Vale, NC two sons and a daughter-in-law Ronald E. Jordan of Perry, Ga. David T. Jordan [Lynn] of Americus, Ga. Also surviving are four Grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Alvin Jordan in 2000 a Brother William Revell and Sister Annie Laura Kendall.
