William was the son of William H. and Edith Stoufer Blair and died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006.
He graduated from Enid High School. He served in Vietnam in the Army as a combat engineer. He married Deborah Knopps June 24, 1977, in Macks Creek, Mo. He worked in oil field-related jobs throughout his life. He worked for NCRA Refinery in McPherson, Kan., for 15 years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Angela Blair of McPherson and Sarah Blair of Uncasville, Conn.; one son, Michael Blair of McPherson; his mother, Edith, of Enid; one sister, Sandy Ohls of Enid; one brother, George Blair of Benton, Kan.; and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his father and one son.
