An Evansville, Ind., woman was killed and four persons, including three from Louisville, were injured in a two-car accident on Ind. 64 at 5:50 p.m. yesterday near Georgetown. Indiana state police said Mrs. Joy Standley, 21, Evansville, was killed. Her husband, who was admitted to Floyd County Memorial Hospital, was driving. Also injured were Donald Kenneth Saylor, 20, of 545 Whitney, who was driver of the other car, and two other passengers from Louisville. Passengers Phillip Gary McDonald, 17, of 621 W. Woodward, suffered bruises and cuts and Robert Culver Jr., 18, of 4725 Cliff Ave., suffered a head injury and a broken left leg. Culver was listed in critical condition at Floyd County Memorial Hospital. McDonald and Saylor were brought to SS. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital, Louisville.
