TURNER, BRYCE C., of Prospect, collapsed and died on the soccer field at Chapman University in Orange, CA, on March 16, 2009, shortly after participating in an off season casual game. Bryce, a 2007 graduate of Trinity High School who was a member of Chapman's Varsity Soccer team, passed away doing what he loved. He was born May 27, 1989 and was a sophomore business administration major with an English minor and a 3.8 GPA. He was the beloved son and brother of his parents, Joel and Mary Turner, and his sister, Emily Turner, in addition to other extended family members in California. His incredible smile and the comfort of his presence will be always missed. Visitation will be held 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 3-8 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2009, at Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Avenue. A funeral Mass will be held noon Friday, March 27, 2009, at St. Martin of Tours Church, 639 S. Shelby Street. The family request expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to be made in Bryce's memory to the Chapman Soccer Fund, c/o Coach Eddie Carrillo, Chapman University, One University Drive, Orange, CA 92866
