Sandy - Mrs. Agnes Malcolm Beck Lewis, 73, Sandy, died of a heart ailment Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., at her home.
Born Nov. 16, 1891, Tooele, to John G. and Rhoda Tate Malcolm. She married Dean J. Beck Aug. 15, 1912 in Farmington. He died in 1953. She married Arthur J. Lewis April, 1957 in Elko.
She was a graduate of the University of Utah, and was a school teacher. She was a member of Unitersity Alumni Club, Midvale Community Club, WBA Women, Silver Crest Club, Relief Society visiting teacher, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors: husband; daughters, Mrs. Fred (Marguerita) Bauer, Holladay; Mrs. James (Patricia) Sullivan, Clynco, Ga.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Funeral Saturday noon at 2123 S. State where friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m., and Saturday prior to services. Burial at Midvale Cemetery.
