Donald was the son of Maurice Lloyd and Evelyn Gardner. On 31 Dec 1977 he married Mary Edelen and they had two children, Kevin and Kinzie. He later married his second wife, Debbie. Donald was a 29-year employee of Fresenius Medical Services.

Donald Wayne Lloyd, 53, of Louisville, was born to the late Maurice and Evelyn Lloyd. He returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 2, 2004. Don was an employee of Fresenius Medical Care, with 29 years of faithful service. Don is survived by his wife, Debbie; son, Kevin; daughter, Kinzie; stepdaughter, Angela; grandson, Joshua; brothers, Ed and Bob; and sister, Vera Schneider. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. "He was deeply loved and will truly be missed by everyone." His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 12707 Taylorsville Rd., Jeffersontown, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Rd., Jeffersontown.
