Donald R. Baker, 39, of Chicago, formerly of Bloomington, a computer operator, died at 12:20 a.m. Sunday (May 3, 1992) at Chicago House, Chicago. He had been ill several months.
Mr. Baker was born Aug. 4, 1952, in Omaha, Neb., a son of Donald R. and Ida Field Baker.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ida and Edward Poppe, Stanford; one brother, Craig A. Baker, and one sister, Lisa D. Smith, both of Bloomington.
His father and grandparents preceded him in death.
Mr. Baker, who graduated from Danvers High School, was a computer operator for Associated Release, Chicago.
