Fannie Alice Wright, 99, formerly of West Salem, passed away January 18, 1982 at 7:00 a.m. at the Rest Haven Manor in Albion.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at at the Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem with Bro. James Kerr officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery in Mt. Carmel.

She is survived by 2 sons, Merrill Wright, Springfield, Ill., and Lawrence of Lancaster; one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Hunt, Indianapolis, Ind.; one sister, Mrs. Sadie Peach, Lansing, D.; 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

She was married to George Wright Nov. 29,1904 in Vincennes, Ind. and he passed away May 20, 1969.

She is also preceded in death by one son, Mervin, 1969; one daughter, Anna Rae Putnam, 1948; and an infant daughter; one brother Frank Hershey; and one sister, Kate French.

She was born July 2,1882 to John B. Hershey and Mariah Schlenker (Hershey).

She was a member of the Lancaster Church of Christ.
