Belva Almeda Lacy, 91, of St. Albans, passed away July 11, 2006, at home. She was born at Red House, Aug. 31, 1914, the daughter of Ernest and Lennie Craig, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William E. Lacy and one son, David Lee Lacy. Belva is survived by her daughters, Loretta Wiseman of South Charleston, and Jane Workman of Kenova; sons, Charles "Snook," Tom, Doug, Kenneth, Rick, Alvin, and Roy Lacy, all of St. Albans; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
