Harry "Bud" L Miller, 76, of Lake Nebagamon, passed away very peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Essentia-St Mary's Hospital in Duluth surrounded by his children. He was born on July 13, 1937, the son of Sarah Annabelle (Meyer) Clarence Miller.

He served his country enlisting in the US Army. He had worked in the construction industry and at Fraser Shipyards. He also was a logger and truck driver.

Bud was an avid hunter, fisherman and Green Bay Packers fan. He loved stock car racing, always racing in the #99 car. He also enjoyed socializing with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Fern; and their children, Cynthia and Kenneth; his parents; step-fathers, Henry Koenen and Henry Rautio; brothers and sisters, Alvin, Ray, Richard, Minnie and Muriel; and friend, Nellie Brown.

Bud is survived by his children, Wesley and Shelloy (Bob Johnsen) Miller and their mother, Alice Miller, all of Superior; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Lake Nebagamon Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded by the Richard I Bong American Legion, Post #435.
