Samuel Joe Jett age 31 of Quail, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Amarillo.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Quail Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Knowles of Clarendon officiating. Burial will be in Quail Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Steven Reed, Jeremy Monroe, B.J. Owens, Jamie Massey, Michael Geisser, Matt Monroe, and Tony Hinton.

Samuel was born on January 26, 1983 in Fort Leonardwood, MO, to Loston Eli and Sarah Jane Letterle Jett. He graduated from Hedley High School in 2001.

He was carpenter and a member of the Brothers of the Third Wheel.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Virgil and Lorine Letterle and Claude Jett.

Samuel is survived by his parents Loston Eli and Sarah Jett, his sister Kimberly Ann Harper and her husband Aaron; grandmother Emmie Olene Jett all of Quail; 3 nephews Tristen, Tyler, and Trigg Harper; aunts and uncles Vickie Dye and Dennis, Joel Jett and Michelle, Sandy Womack, Nita Massey and Terry, Rick Letterle and Sue, Robert Letterle and Donnalee, and Randy Letterle.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the Quail Baptist Church.
