BLOOMING PRAIRIE--Orris I. Anderson, 302 Second St. S.E., Blooming Prairie, died Friday, Feb. 8, at St. Olaf Hospital in Austin. He was 72. Mr. Anderson was born June 14, 1918, in Newry Township, Freeborn County. He later married Marcella (Sally) Jensen. He was a World War II veteran and member of the VFW. He is survived by his wife, Marcella; three sons, Kenneth, Austin, and Dena and Dale, both of Hayward; three daughters, Mrs. Eddie (Nelda) Haverman, Blooming Prairie, Mrs. Phil (Lori) Rauen and Paula Anderson, both of Austin; two brothers, Roger, Austin, and Mervin, Bertha; a sister, Mrs. Delbert (Marlys) Loew, Blooming Prairie, and 11 grandchildren. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1:30 p. m. at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church, rural Austin, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 3-9 p.m. Monday and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the Blooming Prairie Funeral Home.
