Albert was the son of Louis Boucher Sr. and his second wife, Juliana (Rose Delima/Delisca) Boucher. He married first to Pomela Laplante on October 13, 1902 in Hull. She died in 1904, and he remarried to Corinne Beaudoin. Albert had a son, Nelson, and a daughter who married Leo Deslaurier.
