Guy D. Wiggins was my great grandfather on my mother's side. I never met him but I have just come across a photo of him at Camp Cuba Libre Jacksonville FL. taken in September 1898 when he was in the 50th Iowa Volunteer Infantry, company L in the Spanish American War. They were not involved in any combat and were returned to Iowa after the war ended.
Guy was also a member of the 8th US Cavalry band during the Boxer Rebellion Uprising of 1900 at Peking China. He ALSO was a Sergeant in the 14th Company of the Heavy Coast Artillery during World War One.

He lived mostly in and around the Montrose/Crescenta Valley area above Los Angeles CA.

Military Information: PVT, INFANTRY
