NELSON, MARTHA HELEN, 86 , passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
She was a native of Frankfort, KY, a member of New Salem Baptist Church and she was Sunday School teacher for 40 years, a retired substitute teacher for JCPS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Nelson.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Mudd (Roger), sons, John A. Nelson (Mary Jane) and Clayton Nelson (Tracy); six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Service will be noon Saturday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
