Eva E. Waite the daughter of Richard and Mary Cassidy O'Neill, was born 05 May 1903 at Eureka, Kansas, and died 04 May 1979, at her home in Emporia, Kansas at the age of 75 years. She had lived the past 27 years in Emporia, moving there from Lebo. She was a member of the War Dads and Auxiliary and the "Over 40 Club" at Emporia.
Eva married Harold O. Waite in 1926 at Cassoday, Kansas; and he preceded her in death in February, 1955. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.
Mrs. Waite is survived by a son, Harold G. Waite of Santa Anna, California; two daughters, Mrs. Kenny (Geri) Allen of Lebo and Mrs. Jim (Judy) Gosser of Emporia; a brother, Edmond O'Neill of Lakewood, Calif; and two sisters, Mrs. W.E. Beitz of Emporia and Mrs. Mildred Dick of Los Angeles, Calif.
Burial was in the Lincoln Cemetery, Lebo.
