Otis Adair

WISNER -- Services for Otis R. Adair, 66, Beemer, will be at 11 am Thursday at Sultzer-Chittenden Funeral Home here. Bob Oswald and the Rev. Robert Miller will officiate with military services at the Wisner Cemetery by the Beemer American Legion.


Visitation will be at the funeral home 3 - 9 pm Wednesday and after 9 am Thursday.


The son of Orville and Mary (Burke) Adair was born March 1, 1917 and died Monday at his residence.


Mr. Adair served in the Armed Forces and belonged to the Beemer American Legion. He was married to Betty O'Mara in 1951 at Pender, Nebraska. He was employed by Doescher Transfer.


Survivors include: 3 daughters, Mrs. Leland (Bonnie) Sandeen of Fremont, Nebraska, Jean Adair of Omaha, Nebraska and Maryann Adair of Billings, Montana; 2 grandsons and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Tornow of Seattle, Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
