STREATOR —Cheryl Abraham, 56, of Streator, passed away Friday, June 27, at Asta Care Center in Toluca.
Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday, July 2, at Erven Avenue Baptist Church, Streator. The Rev. Curtis Starner will officiate and conduct graveside services at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Streator. Serving as pallbearers will be members of her family and friends. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon at Erven Avenue Baptist Church. Elias Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Born Nov. 19, 1957, in Valparaiso, Ind., she was the daughter of Leslie and LaVerne (Spencer) Abraham.
She is survived by her sisters, Helen (Richard) Hartshorn, of Streator, Cynthia (Jim) Mitchell, of Valparaiso, Ind., and Lois (Jerry) Olson, of Bottineau, N.D.; brothers, Robert (Peggy) Barnes and Leslie (Chris) Abraham, both of Valparaiso, Ind.; 11 nieces; and 12 nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Nancy Barnes; and a brother, Carl Abraham.
