Tuesday, October, 31, 1950 --

Arthur F. Shryer, 63, of 87 West Hazeltine Ave., Kenmore, a clerk at the main postoffice for 23 years, died Sunday at his home. He had had a heart condition for about six months, and about ten days ago retired on a disability pension.
Mr. Shryer was born in Buffalo on February 28, 1887, and was educated at School 15 and Fosdick-Masten Park High School. A veteran of World War I, he served two years in France.
Mr. Shryer was a member of Washington Lodge 240 F&AM. Buffalo Consistory and the National Federated Craft Council. He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Loyal Order of Moose, National Federation of Post Office Clerks and Bethlehem Chapter 634, Order of Eastern Star.
Surviving are his wife, the former Daisy Dawson; a brother, Albert G . and two sisters. Mrs. John Smith and Mrs. John A. Uebelhoer.
A Masonic service will be held at 7:30 o'clock this evening at the Bury Funeral Home, 3070 Delaware Ave., Kenmore.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. tomorrow at the funeral home. The Rev. Dr. Albert G. Bulger minister of Westminster Presbyterian Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Owner and manager of an automobile store in Buffalo, NY.

2nd wife: Bernice Rochford - died in 1936. Her two previous marriages to John W. Townsend and Don W. Ames.

Last wife was Daisy J. Dawson, daughter of George and Margaret Dawson. She was once married to Dr. Byron Ross Nairn and had one son, Donald Ross Nairn. No further info on Daisy.
