Mrs. JOSEPHINE ROHR CLAPP, 67, widow of Harry Lee Clapp, died Sunday at her home, 441 Summit Ave. She had been ill for three months. Born and reared in Boonsboro, the daughter of William H. and Fannie Rohr Hutzell.

She was a retired teacher in the Washington County school systems, and had resided in Hagerstown for the past 50 years. She was a member of Haven Lutheran Church.

Surviving are daughter, Miss Peggy Ann Clapp, Washington, DC; Mrs. Nancy Willett, NY City; son, William L. Clapp, Hagerstown; brother, Fred Hutzell, Arlington, Va.; and one grandchild.

Funeral services were held at the Rouzer Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
