Mrs. Henrietta F. Hafer, aged 82. passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gottleib Benke of Fair Plain yesterday.
The deceased was born in Germany, Nov. 23, 1841, coming to this country 32 years ago, having lived on a farm in Sodus until two years before her death, when she moved to her daughter's home.
The late Mrs. Hafer is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Benke of Fair Plain, and Mrs. Fred Blastock of this city. There is also a sister, Mrs. Amelia Maikowski, of Fair Plain, 18 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren,
Funeral services will be held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Benke, Somerleyton avenue, Fair Plain. Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, and at 2 o'clock from the German Baptist church of this city, Rev. Jacob Herman officiating.
Burial will be in the Crystal Springs cemetery.
