Ruth Keller Jones was born in Millersburg, Ohio to the late George Edwin Keller and Lillian Redington Keller on October 31, 1922. She was one of four children, Doris (1916- ), Vivian Maxine (1918-1919) and Ralph Redington (Bud) (1920-1966). She graduated from Muskingum College in 1943 with a degree in English and Home Economics. In 1946, she married James Nelson Jones. They had two children, Nelson Evan (born in 1949) and Stephen Edwin (born in 1954). They had two grandchildren, Brian Nelson (born in 1978) and Laura Katherine (born in 1981).
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South. Reverend Ted Chumley will officiate.
