Mrs. Charley Butts, a pioneer resident of the Pratt community, died Monday forenoon at Roseglen, where she and her husband have resided of recent years. The body was brought to Glenburn for burial. Funeral services were held today at the Lutheran church, services being conducted by Rev. W. H. Gable. The body was laid to rest in Fairview cemetery.
The deceased was 69 yrs. 1 mo. And 27 days old, at the time of her death. She is survived in her immediate family by her husband and four sons, E. O. Butts of Glenburn, James, Roy, and Charley of Roseglen.
The deceased had a host of good friends in the Pratt and Glenburn communities, who knew her as one of the active workers in all public affairs for the benefit of the community, and all sincerely mourn her death.
