Graveside services for Floyd Wesley Coffelt, 86, of Marsing, who died of natural causes Thursday, March 5, at home, were held Saturday at Knowlton Heights Cemetery, Caldwell. The Followers of Christ Church officiated under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Mr. Coffelt was born Aug. 26, 1900, at Jacksonville, Kan. He was reared and educated at Jacksonville.
He later moved to Wyoming where he met and later married Jessie May Stewart in the late 1920s. They later moved and settled in the Boise valley.
He was a member of the Followers of Christ Church.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Lee and Betty J. Coffelt of Marsing; two sisters, Myrtle Taylor of Caldwell and Beulah Stanley of Gresham Ore.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife; a son, Walter Coffelt; two brothers, Fred and Edgar Coffelt; and a sister, Lottie Coffelt.
