Higginbotham, age 70, passed away at the residence Nyota, Ala., Tuesday p.m. Survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Maggie Lou Ella Armstrong, Mrs. Della Garner, Nyota; 4 sons, Chalmer Leroy Higginbotham, Dixiana, Ala.; F.S., Claude , and Clyde Higginbotham, Nyota, Ala.; 3 sisters. Funeral services from the Hopewell Baptist Church Thursday 2 p.m. Rev. John Calvert and Rev. Robert Brooks officiating. Interment adjoining cemetery. Vice directing.
