"FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. BURDSAL, HELD SATURDAY AFTERNOON. – Funeral services for Mrs. Anna M. Burdsal, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. C. Leefers, Thursday, Sept. 28th, were held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, from the Wiese Funeral Home. Rev. T. N. Ewing, pastor of the Methodist church officiated. A granddaughter, Mrs. Margaret Goveia, of Hillsboro, sang several selections, with Miss Ethel Teft, accompanist at the piano.
The remains were conveyed to the Hillsboro cemetery for interment, the commitment service being in charge of Rev. James Reynolds, pastor of the Methodist church in that city."
