He had a twin brother named Moses.

He married (1) Mary Kitteridge Nov. 5, 1767 in Andover, MA. They had 2 children - Molly and John K. Mary died in 1772.

Marriage intentions were then published Feb. 26, 1773 in Medway, MA but I don't think they married -
Medway, MA - Marriage Records, 228. Marshall, Nancy, Mrs., of Framingham, and Dr. Aaron Wight, int. Feb. 26, 1773.

He married (2) Mary Haven Nov. 7, 1774 in Holliston, MA. Mary died in 1775. No children.

He married (3) Jemima Rutter Jan. 17, 1776 in Sudbury, MA. They had 10 children - Patty, Jemima, Cathy, Betsey, Sally, Charlotte, Aaron W., Moses H., Joanna and John K.

Aaron enlisted in the French and Indian war, and was very sick in New York State. One of his brothers went to see him, but did not know him he was so much emaciated. He said, "Are you my brother?" He said, "Yes, what there is left of me." He was nursed by a squaw whom he called his Indian mother, and years afterward went to see her. He became a physician, and settled in Medway. In 1776, he had a small-pox hospital. He died in 1813, his widow in 1833."
