Lavon Sills
PRENTISS - Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Faith Baptist Church near Silver Creek for Lavon Sills, 71, of Silver Creek, who died March 14, 1996, at her residence.
The Revs. John Jones and Ed Smith will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Sills was a native of Lincoln County. She was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church where she served as president of the Womens Missionary Union. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fracis (sic Francis) Lee Sills.
Survivors include two sons, Danny Sills and Ricky Sills both of Silver Creek; three brothers, Johnny G. Davis, Mannon Davis and Jay Davis all of Tylertown; three sisters, Margie White of Brookhaven, Elaine Cude of San Antonio, Texas, and Ann Rushing of Tylertown.
Saulters-Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss is in charge of arrangements.
