Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. today at Colonial Chapel in Laurel for Charlie Lewis Sullivan, 83, of Laurel, who died Sept. 29, 1990, at South Central Regional Medical Center.
The Revs. Lester Gardner, Nelson Crozier and Jimmy Holder will officiate. Interment will be in the First Baptist Church of Sharon Cemetery in Jones County.
Survivors include his wife, Lora Bell Sullivan of Laurel; two daughters, Laverne Maddox and Joyce Smith, both of Laurel; five sons, Norman Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan and Larry Sullivan, all of Laurel, Charles Sullivan of Soso and Terry Sullivan of St. Joseph, Mo.; one brother, Herbert Sullivan of Laurel; three sisters, Mabel Lacey of Gulfport, Meryl Walters of Laurel and Dorothy Eggersman of Clarkshill, S.C.; 38 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Magnolia Memorial Funeral Home in Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
