Above Lewis' picture in the yearbook it said "Most Amazing" for Who's Who In The Senior Class pictures.

Also stated from by his picture was that he was from New York City and the quote, "For he's a jolly good fellow."

On page 131 of the year book it states, "I, Lewis Alberts, do hereby will and bequeath the hair on my chest to Billy Kelly.

On page 153 of the same year book Lewis is quoted as saying, "We always have eight at our table for lunch."

In Lewis' third year of high school, on Apri 14, 1940, he lived with his 29 year old Uncle Irving Alberts at 747 15th Street, Miami Beach, Florida.

Lewis' Uncle Irving was a physician who was born in Russia and by April 16, 1940 was a naturalized citizen of the United States.

Lewis would have graduted with the Class of 1944 from the University of Florida in Gainsville had he not enlisted in the United States Army on November 8, 1941 to serve his country during World War II.

He spent 1 year in college studying acting and was a member of Pi Lambda Phi formerly known as Phi Beta Delta in his freshman year at the University of Florida in 1941.

He was killed in action in Northern Africa. Lewis received the Purple Heart.

Lewis was the son of Sonya Alberts-Heiden, who was born in Russia in 1901.

Sonya worked as a manicurist in Brooklyn, New York and lived on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, New York in 1940.

She was divorced from Lewis' father and married George Heiden in 1941 in Florida.

At the time of Lewis' death, Sonya lived at 1037 Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach Florida with Lewis' stepfather, George Heiden.
