Allen Dean Hash is a 1974 graduate of Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He married the former Miss Jill O'Neal on September 7, 1979 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was a warehouseman for Power Train. He is the former owner of A.J. Donuts and Dogs in Broken Arrow. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf and being with family.

He is survived by his wife, one sister and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Shawn Sherman.
