Born in Carroll county, he was a retired furniture dealer and a veteran of World War II. He was the son of the late Virgie L. Stem Zepp and Orville C. Zepp. He is survived by daughter Mrs. James B. Crowl; sons Orville Jennings Zepp, Jr, Steven R. and Mike D.; 5 brothers: Calvin, Austin (Duffy), Wilbur, George F. and Kenneth.
