MADISON — Mrs. Raymond (Jennie I.) Grinde, age 82, recently of 3803 Monona Drive, died Tuesday, October 6, 1981, at a local nursing home. She was born June 15, 1899, in Norway Grove, and had been a Madison resident for over 40 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Hannah Circle, and the Senior Citizen Bell Ringers. Survivors include four daughters, Ruby Anderson and Mrs. William (Jean) Grant, both of Madison, and Mrs. Edward (Arlene) Stiemke and Mrs. Frankie (Frances) Stoltenburg, both of Arlington; two sons, Raymond of Arlington, and LaVerne of Madison; a daughter-in-law, Sonja Grinde of Madison; 19 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons; and a daughter. Funeral services will held at TRINITY; LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1904 Winnebago Street, at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 9, with Reverend William Gory Kobs officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, at the GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
