Ralph Ewing Faulkner

Ralph E. Faulkner, 73 of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

He was the son of the late Edwin and Frances Renegar Faulkner. Ralph was an avid golfer, playing in the DuPont World Amateur and the Pro-Am Golf Tournaments for several years. He was also an avid UT and Braves fan. Ralph's enjoyment in life was watching his grandchildren participate in various sports. He attended Calvary Chapel and retired from Colonial Bakery after 44 years of service. Ralph was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle.

Survivors include his loving wife, Gladys Radford Faulkner; daughters, Teresa Faulkner (Peyton) Walker and Kim Faulkner (Tobin) Card; grandchildren, Courtney (Matt) Norfleet, Jacob Matthews, Nic Matthews and Madelyn Gibbs; great-grandsons, Raylan and Knox Norfleet; brothers, Charles (Donna) Faulkner and David (Gay) Faulkner; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, July 17, at Greenwood Cemetery with Roy W. Browning officiating.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Chattanooga for their love, care and support expressed to the family

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Wednesday, July 16, at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
