His siblings include Marion Masters of St. Johns, Michigan, James Masters of Grand Tower; Terrie Hellman and Susan Ragland, both of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Loyce Poole of Anna; Debra Winters of Poway, California; and Lisa Masters Potter of Jonesboro.
His stepsiblings include Robert Musgraves of Grand Tower; Cyrus Musgraves of Grand Chain; Creston Musgraves Jr. of Paducah, Kentucky; Marie McBride of Simpson; Karen Sickling of Radcliff, Kentucky; Sandra and Jewel Musgraves, both of Grand Tower; and Christina Mehrle of Jackson, Missouri.
He married Sandra Curry on December 1, 1986 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She survives as do four sons -- Timothy Jon and Ryan Francies Masters, both of Dubois and Andrew Louis and Randy Linn Masters, both of DuQuoin.
Randy was a member of the Liberty Church in DuQuoin. He died at the age of 32 at Marshall Browning Hospital, DuQuoin.
