Hughes, Betty Louise Nov. 15, 1917 - Oct. 22, 2010 Betty, 92, a long time Anaheim resident, passed away peacefully at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben Paul Hughes III; her sons, Reuben Paul Hughes IV and Larry Casey. She is survived by 1 daughter, Mary E. Kraszewski; 2 sons, Roy Casey and Thomas Hughes; stepdaughter, Marguerite Deaton; and daughter-in-law, Suanne Casey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Betty always thinking of others gave her heart to several local organizations, Anaheim Assistance League/Auxilia Doras, Damas de Caridad, Pacific Symphony, Boys and Girls Club, St. Boniface, St. Catherine's, St. Jude Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital. Her generous spirit and legacy will never be forgotten. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at St. Catherine's Academy, Rosary at 7:00 pm. Mass will be held at 10:00 am. Thursday, October 28, 2010 at St. Catherine's Academy. Interment to follow at Loma Vista Memorial Park, Fullerton, CA.
