Baylous Brooks "Red" Watkins, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away July 13, 2014 surrounded by family in Mission, TX while visiting. He was born in Millport, AL to Ben and Alma Watkins who preceded him in death. Baylous retired from Kelly Air Force Base after 35 years of dedicated service. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Maria Elena Watkins; his two beloved children and their spouses, Anna (Ruben) Pineda and Steve (Janie) Watkins; grandchildren, Toni, Aleczander, Aryanna; nieces and nephews Jessie Wheeler, Wayne Shelton, Daniel Shelton, Betty Jack, Joanna Tanner and their families.
VISITATION
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM Sunday, July 20, 2014 with a rosary to begin at 7:00 PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Mass of the Resurrection will begin at 10:00 AM Monday, July 21, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park North.
