Mrs. Tobias died Wednesday, October 16, 2002. Born in Orangeburg, she was a daughter of the late William B. Sanford and Leoma Harley Sanford.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Tobias of Wagener; daughters, Donna Jones of Wagener, Debra Dyches of Bamberg, Juanita Williams of Pelion: sons, William and Michael Tobias of Columbus, Ind.; brothers, Joe and Leroy Sanford of Orangeburg, Junior Sanford of Oklahoma; sisters, Shirley Hammond of Gaston and Jean Herron of Orangeburg; grandchildren, Allen and Angela Kelly, Travis Jones, Nikki and Kasey Blizzard, Brittany, Garrett and Curtis Tobias; great-grandchildren, Triston Kelly, Jade Yon and Morgan Blizzard.
