Albert W Jones,77 , week known retired business man of this community,died Thursday at 12:30 am at the home of his daughter Mrs BT Chalmers at 24 Lincoln Ave.
Mr Jones had been active in the painting and wall paper business before his retirement. He had been in poor health for sometime.
Mr Jones was a past exalter ruler of the Elks lodge, a member of the board of Trustees and a charter member of the lodge.
He was born at Westernport, MD, a son of the late Carlton & Mary Smoot Jones, but had resides most of his life in Morgantown WVa.
Surviving Mrs Chalmers and Mrs Virginia Poling of Willoughby,Ohio and three grand children. His wife Etta died several years ago.
