Warner D. Moore, 77, of Southaven, MS, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lou Ann Evans, parents, Annie and James Moore, and siblings, Jimmy Moore, Bessie Jean Raburn, and Nell Corrigan. Mr. Moore is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Beulah Dean Moore, daughter Penny Jones (Bob) of Marion, AR, grandchildren, Brook Dean of Southaven, MS, Dr. Keith Jones (Kendall) of Charleston, SC, Meagan Jones, and Ryan Jones of Marion, AR, a great-grandchild, Brooklyn Watson of Southaven, MS, a brother, Alex Moore of Eleria, OH, sisters, Pat Wilson of Nesbit, MS and Mary Morse of Olive Branch, MS, sister-in-law, Betty Moore, 6 nieces and 6 nephews. Mr. Moore retired from the US Army and from Yellow Freights Lines. He was a Mason, proudly served for 39 years for the Al Chymia Shriners and was honored recently. He served as Treasurer and also President of the Southeastern Provost Guard Association. He served as a Past Patron of the Order of the Eastern Star as well as a DeMolay Dad. The family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday, July 20th from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. There will be a funeral on Monday at 3 p.m. also at the funeral home. Entombment will follow the funeral. Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 3700 N. Germantown Rd.
