CLUTE, Margaret A. “Maggie” - Of Swartz Creek, age 71, died Friday, July 18, 2014 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 12 noon Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Burial in Fairview Cemetery in Linden.
Maggie’s flowers were very important to her, but her wishes for memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation 1-4pm and 6-8pm Monday and 11am Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Monday evening at the funeral home.
Maggie was born in Flint on April 2, 1943, the daughter of Elvin G. and Flossie Mae (Stacy) Murray. On October 12, 1963, she married Don Clute at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Maggie was a realtor in Genesee County for many years. She worked at Genesee Bank, NBD and for H&R Block.
Surviving are her husband, son; daughter, 2 grandchildren and 2 brothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Leslie Murray and sister, Rosemary Prentice.
