Linda was born on February 2, 1949, in Des Moines, Iowa to Anthony Comito and Grace (Morano) Comito. She attended All Saints School and graduated from North High School in 1968. Linda retired from a long-term care facility in 1996 and served as a volunteer at Willis Adult Daycare Center until 2009. She loved bingo at the Elks Club and developed a number of strong friendships there. She loved going to the casino and listening to country music. She enjoyed playing organized board and card games with her family and friends.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are brothers, Michael (Tony) Comito of Albuquerque, NM, Joe Comito of Tacoma, WA; sisters, Mary (Maria) Comito of Urbandale; Regina Comito of Chicago, IL; niece, Jade (Chris) Comito-Stocks and many relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Grace; boyfriend, Wayne Milburn; and little dog companion, Ziggy.
