William E. Waddle, 76-year-old Ottawa county pioneer, died at his farm home, three miles east of Welch, at 11 o'clock this morning.
He had been a resident of this area for about the last 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Delta Waddle of the home; two sons, Everett Waddle of Miami Route 3, and Ora W. Waddle of the home; a brother, James W. Waddle of Grove; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Kirk of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Kirk Williams of Dalhart, Tex., and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Cooper Funeral home chapel at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Russell Martin, pastor of the First Christian church, will officiate. Burial will be in GAR cemetery.
