A former Natal resident, John Rothel, died suddenly and was buried at Fernie recently. His parents at present live on a farm up the Elk Valley, some three miles west of Natal. Deceased, until a short time ago, had worked in the Michel mines, where he had been for many years.∼John was born in Michel B.C
