Margaret Saevke, widow of Henry J. Saevke Sr. Mother of Henry J. Savke Jr. Daughter of Thomas Pierson and Margaret Fickle Pierson in Marion County Ohio. While still young, the family relocated to Iroquois County, Illinois, where her father and brother served as Sheriff. Married on January 6, 1892 in Chicago, Illinois to Henry J. Saveke of Milwaukee. Her son Henry J. Saevke Jr. served as program director at radio station WGN in Chicago in the 1920s, and was co-owner of Roselawn Memorial Park.
