Margaret "Benter" wrote her Will Aug. 10, 1815 in which she mentions sons Peter and Andrew. The court wrote the name as Bainter.

According to the 1983 list compiled by Muskingum Genealogical Society, Margaret is buried at Bainter Cemetery next to her husband.
