Frank Albrecht Is Dead; Funeral Saturday
Frank Albrecht, pioneer resident of Maribel, died at the family home
Wednesday at 2:30. The funeral will be held from the home at 9:30 a.m.
Saturday with a requiem high mass at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic
Church, Kellnersville. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. The Rev.
J.G. Rous will officiate.
Mr. Albrecht was born Dec. 21, 1850. With his parents he immigrated to
this country at the age of five. They came directly to Cooperstown.
In 1879, Mr. Albrecht was married to Francis Karas who survives with
two daughters, Mrs. Martin Kevitek of Green Bay and Mrs. John Wanek
of the homestead. He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Mary Fierst of Francis
Creek and Mrs. Francis Koukalik of Boit, and a brother Anton of Maribel.
There are 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
