She was born Jan. 25, 1933, in Corsicana, TX, to DeWitt and Jo Ella Hoffpauir. She was a 1951 graduate of Stuttgart High School.
She was married to Cleo (Bud) Morris in 1952. He died in 1991.
She is survived by four children, Arthur Clinton Morris and his wife Janice of Aurora, MO, Freddie Joe Morris and his wife Kerri of Cabot, Adam Reed Morris of Stuttgart and Donald Eugene Morris and his wife Tina of Stuttgart. She is also survived by a brother, Joe Eddie Hoffpauir and his wife Sherry of Stuttgart.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Beverly Morris of Springfield, MO, Kristen Morris of Cabot, Cleo, Bambi and Danyelle Morris of Stuttgart and Jessica and Trent Morris of Stuttgart.
She was preceded in death by her husband and an infant son, William.
"Ms. Tena" was a longtime resident of Stuttgart. She had been a member of the Stuttgart congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1966.
She worked at a number of convenience stores over the years, and was well known in the community. She loved working with the public. Most recently, she worked at Stuttgart One-Stop, and was well-liked by co-workers and customers.
She loved her family, and especially her grandchildren. She collected elephant figurines, and enjoyed eating out with friends.
