Sandra Kay "Sandy" Orser, 68, of Gardiner, Mont., passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014, at Livingston HealthCare Hospital with loved ones by her side.

Sandy was born on March 3, 1946, in Livingston, Mont. She was the daughter of William L. and Carolynn D. (Cameron) Bouchee. She received her education in Livingston attending the Eastside Elementary School, the Lincoln Middle School and the Park County High School.

Following high school Sandy started her family. She was blessed with a son, Shawn born to her in Livingston she then made a move to Gardiner were she was further blessed with two more boys, Pryor and Travis.

Sandy was a woman of great character always putting her sons above all else. She spent many hours sitting in bleachers supporting them in all their various sporting events. She always showed her unwavering love to them.

Sandy was employed by the US Postal Service as a contract mail carrier. She worked the route between Gardiner and Cooke City for nearly 35 years. She retired in 2006. Sandy was a faithful member of the Eagles Club in Gardiner. She also supported the local community through her work putting together baskets of food for the needy at Thanksgiving.

When you think of Sandy many will remember a woman ready to be at your doorstep with a helping hand. Her nature was to give and help others.

Even her enjoyments were centered around making others happy. She hosted dinner parties, card groups and loved to play a game of Skip-bo or Aggravation. She enjoyed life, she loved to dance, go camping, read and keep-up on the local news. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.

Blessed be her memory.

Sandy is survived by her three sons, Shawn Orser and his wife, Joy of Papua, New Guinea; Pryor Orser and his wife Yulia of Golden, Colo., and Travis Orser of Denver, Colo. Her grandchildren, Virginia, Calvin, Zachary and Jeremy. Brother, Bill Bouchee of Missoula, Mont. Nieces, nephews other relatives and many dear friends.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Carolynn Bouchee and a sister, Carol Lynn "Corky" who passed away at age three.
