Linda Joy {Orr} (Gransee) Johnson, 11NOV1946-21APR2012

Linda Johnson passed away Saturday morning due to complications of Alzheimer's disease; she was 65. Linda was born in Hayfield, MN to Wayne and Marie (Orr) Gransee. She was the middle child in a family of seven children.

In 1971 Linda was married to Phillip Johnson and started a family in Modesto, CA. The couple had two boys although they divorced several years later. Linda enjoyed working at Tri Valley Growers for almost 30 years. She loved to travel with Marcia, her sister and best friend. They would often travel together on many adventures to see family all over the country.

Linda is survived by her brothers and sisters: Rebecca, Richard, Marcia, Les, Myron, and Forrest; her sons: Marcus and Eric; and her grandchildren: Kyle, Marcus, and Luke. She is also survived by numerous close friends and extended family.

Linda will be honored with a private funeral in Morro Bay, CA. The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
